Mia's training is a women only group training studio, focussing on all aspects of fitness , including strength, toning, functional training, agility and speed. I provide high quality training that motivate and support women to achieve their fitness goals through exercise and nutrition, to ultimately lead to sustainable lifestyle changes.
I don't believe in quick fixes. Change takes time.
There are no shortcuts when it comes to achieving real, sustainable results. However the fastest visible results are achieved through hard work and commitment.
The results that women have achieved through my training are absolutely amazing, from losing weight, gaining fitness and confidence and/or building muscle.

Who is Mia?
I am a small town girl, with a mission to helping women reach their full potential. I want to help women to enjoy their bodies and feel comfortable in their own skin, without starving themselves. My main aim is to assist women in making sustainable lifestyle changes, that will make them love life even more.
I have an absolute passion for fitness. I believe our bodies are capable of much more than people imagine.
I am an endurance junkie and ran my first half marathon at the age of 16, which sparked a lifelong love for running. I later added cycling and swimming to my routine and I eventually completed in some of the biggest endurance events in SA such as the ABSA Cape Epic, Comrades, Ironman South Africa, Two Oceans, just to name a few.
To me, training should be fun and social and that is why I birthed Mia's training studio.
